Job Purpose:
As a Clinical Therapist, you will conduct diagnostic assessments, provide tailored treatments, and offer counseling to individuals and groups facing mental health challenges. Your role includes intake assessments, service planning, crisis interventions, and ongoing therapy for individuals, families, and couples.

Your Responsibilities:
Collaborate with patients and their supports to create and implement effective service plans, providing psychotherapy aligned with ethical standards. Serve as the primary contact for coordinating care across systems, ensuring integrated services and referrals as needed. Evaluate treatment effectiveness through ongoing assessments and adjust plans as necessary. Maintain client records, participate in supervision as required, and fulfill additional duties as assigned.
Required data from you:
We seek candidates with a degree in Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or Social Work, and a passion for helping others. A current or pending Arizona license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, Psy.D) is required, along with a commitment to ethical practice. Ideal candidates excel in teamwork, communication, and multitasking, and are skilled in mental health diagnosis, treatment, and evaluation. Additional requirements include CPR/First Aid certification, valid Arizona fingerprint clearance, and familiarity with EMR systems, preferably AdvanceMD. This fully remote position is available in select U.S. states, requiring a valid Arizona state license. We offer flexible scheduling to support your work-life balance.
Work schedule:
Option 1: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Option 2: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Option 3: Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Option 4: Tuesday to Friday, Saturday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
